Concorde’s Service Delivery Department has an immediate vacancy for an experienced Konica Minolta & Kyocera Field Service Technician working and based from our Cornwall office.
Personal
Candidates will be required to work on their own initiative and as part of a team. Being self motivated, enthusiastic, diligent and with good customer handling skills, the ideal candidates will be familiar with the high demands of the field based role. A high degree of personal presentation is required as are good communication skills.
Professional
Experience in the installation and servicing of Konica Minolta & Kyocera Photocopier and Multi Functional Devices is essential. Preferably Candidates should have knowledge and practical experience of both B/W and Colour equipment from the range.
Ideally the Candidate will have been trained and have practical experience of networking Multi Functional Devices and knowledge and experience of the various utilities and management tools. However, the desire and aptitude to learn these skills will reward the candidate with the necessary training and practical exposure to this evolving and challenging environment.
