About SafeStick

SafeStick Overview

SafeStick offers 100% hardware encryption of all data, and is available up to 64GB.  You can plug the device into an PC, choose a password and start work.  You don’t need any software.  Safestick also contains enterprise management, full AD integration, remote disable and wipe, password recovery, and much more. 

SafeConsole can manage your Safestick Groups 

Safeconsole is a web based management tool that allows you to manage, audit, push files to, reset passwords, and apply custom policies to all of an Enterprise's SafeSticks wherever they are being used. 

SafeConsole lets you:

  • Design, assign and enforce unique and different password policies depending on AD membership
  • Reset forgotten passwords remotely via challenge / response.
  • Audit and report
  • Remotely disable lost sticks so they can't be used by anyone else 
  • Audits/logs all files copied to/from SafeStick via SafeConsole.
  • Automatically push data, datasheets, PDFs, documents to a SafeStick 
  • Set up quick links that can be used when the stick is inserted.
  • Establish "zones" for trusted sticks - if the stick goes outside of this trusted zone it will require a password 

Enterprise-wide data security - features of SafeConsole include:

  • File Blocker/File Logger - lets you block/filter and log stored file types and anti-malware protection.
  • Automatically disable a stick if SafeStick doesn't "phone home" after x days.
  • Customised owner/user/"return on find" information can be specified.
  • Automatically synchronise files to SafeSticks with Publisher
