Providing support to YOU, not just your IT network
Your daily responsibilities may be for the network, or you may be in charge of IT but lack sufficient in-house resource to dedicate time to technical issues. Our range of support packages are flexibly designed to bring commercial benefits to you and us.
If you don’t like what we have on offer, then we are happy to devise an individual arrangement tailored to suit your needs.
Environment Support
The Concorde Professional Services Agreement offers a simple and standard level of support. Based on a jointly agreed estimate of the amount of time we think that you’ll need us for over the course of a year. We’ll thoroughly assess your equipment and operational setup so that we can make good estimates with no hidden surprises. You can then use the allocated time in fifteen minute blocks for any support services that we mutually agree are to be provided over the 12 month period. Services include:
- network troubleshooting
- end-user support
- new project planning
- implementation
Phone will usually be the first line of support, but if we can’t resolve an issue remotely then we’ll dispatch an engineer.
Remote Support
In addition to standard telephone support, Concorde runs a private customer support network. Using a standard internet connection, you can remotely benefit from our engineers’ hands-on expertise.
Using our suite of remote software, engineers can diagnose and resolve a whole range of support issues without having to come on-site. This keeps costs low, and means that our experts can interface directly with your systems issues rather than over the phone. This service is available for servers or desktops, and can be provided as part of the Professional Services Agreement, or simply attached to a fixed price support agreement.
Fixed Price Telephone Support
If you want telephone support and predictable costs then take advantage of our fixed price support agreement. Priced on a monthly fee-per-seat (including servers), and payable quarterly in advance, this is particularly suited to environments where call volume is likely to be high, or where only server support is needed.
Telephone Plus
If you’d like a bit more backup than the fixed price telephone agreement, then Telephone Plus could be for you. It adds a pre-set maximum number of visits (measured in half days) to your organisation over a twelve month period.

Managed Print Services (MPS) enables you to outsource the management of all of your hardcopy output devices within your organisation. These can include copiers, multifunctional devices, printers and fax machines.
